Master’s Message – December 2011

Greetings Brethren,

Once again Lafayette Lodge was a busy place during the month of November. We have 4 new Entered Apprentices with in our Lodge. If you have not yet met them please come and meet them at our Next regular Communication on Dec 7th. To all the brothers who participated for the EA degree much thanks for your hard work and dedication to the craft. Special thanks in advance to Worshipful Brother Mark Kay for the Four Cardinal Virtues and Worshipful Brother Norman Priestly for the “Apron Charge”. To the brothers who came out and supported the officers and new brothers thank you for your time and assistance.

I would like to extend a belated Happy Birthday to Most Worshipful Brother Kenneth Jenks on his 90th birthday. Congratulations and best wishes Brother Ken enjoy your winter in sunny Florida. We will see you in the spring. Seeing it is the Christmas Season on December the 7th And Jeanne and I will be hosting a Social time from 6 to 6:30.Before our Program of the evening which is the Cumberland High School C Cleft singers. And they will be performing at 6:30

Upcoming events:
Dec 11th is the Northern District Charity event will take place at the Village Haven Restaurant. The cost is $25.00 per person. Social time is 3:00 to 5:00 pm. Family style Chicken Dinner is at 5:00 pm. See the Master and Wardens for tickets.

Dec 17th is Saints John’s Night at the Lafayette Lodge. This is a Family and Friends night so please feel free to bring guests. The costs are adults $10 and Children $5.00. Tickets will be available
at the December Meeting.

Jan 23rd Fellow Craft Degree at 7:00 pm
