Master’s Message – November 2011

Posted by Brian Cayer on November 1, 2011

Greetings Brethren,

I want to congratulate the officers on their elections and thank them for accepting their appointments. I also want to thank the Brothers for their confidence in electing me Master for the ensuing year. The installation will always be a special memory in my Masonic travels. I would like to especially thank RW Peter Iacobucci and W Gil Fontes for their excellent ritual and W Chis Hallstrom for the prologue and RW Nelly Kay for his participation in theinstallation.

Once again Lafayette Lodge had a Masonic Service at Sayles Memorial Church on Oct 2 and it was attended by Brethren of four local lodges Lafayette, Mount Moriah, Jenks, and Saint Johns #1 P. There was 12 Brothers in attendance and it was great to join them in worship at my church home.

I would like to thank all the Brethren who helped out in the open house on Oct 15th we had one gentleman that showed some strong interest in joining our Lodge. Also I would like to thank all the members that Participated on Oct 22 with the Pancake Breakfast for Franklin Farm, The Blood drive for the RI Blood Bank and to the hard workers who did the flea market. Yes, Lafayette Lodge has been a busy place during the month of October. Our November meeting we will be having a program that has a special place in my upbringing more will be revealed at that meeting.
